SodaPeak in short: SodaPeak is a once-a-day orange gummy for men who want steadier everyday energy and vitality. The label on the official order page shows an 82 mg botanical blend (maca, ashwagandha, green tea and more) with just 5 mg of caffeine. Prices: 2 bottles $158 plus $9.99 shipping, 3 bottles $207, 6 bottles $294, with a 60-day guarantee.

✓ Produced in a GMP Facility ✓ Assembled in the USA ✓ 1 Gummy a Day ✓ One-Time Payment ✓ 60-Day Guarantee

The first two are printed on the SodaPeak label; "one-time payment" comes from the official FAQ. Dietary supplements are not approved by the FDA, so you won't see that claim here.

The Basics

What Is SodaPeak?

What is SodaPeak? SodaPeak is a dietary supplement in the form of a chewable orange gummy, made with apple pectin and a blend of nine botanicals and nutrients. It is marketed to adult men for everyday energy and vitality. Each bottle holds 30 gummies, one per day, so one bottle covers one month.

The brand is new: its official pages and product images date from August 2026. The label says it is distributed for Instituto Experience (Lakeland, Florida) and produced in a GMP facility, assembled in the USA. Orders go through the official SodaPeak order page, and the payment is processed by BuyGoods, an established checkout company for supplement brands.

What makes SodaPeak different from a typical men's capsule is the format. There is nothing to swallow and no water needed, and the caffeine is kept low (5 mg), so it fits into a morning routine without the jittery feeling some people get from energy drinks.

SodaPeak Ingredients: What the Label Actually Says

This is the label shown on the official order page that our links lead to. We transcribed it line by line below.

Proprietary Blend82 mgMuira Puama Extract, Maca Extract, Catuaba Extract, Green Tea Extract, Caffeine (5 mg), Ashwagandha, L-Arginine, Tribulus Terrestris, Epimedium Extract (listed on the label under its common name). The label notes the blend is "equivalent to approximately 567 mg of dry powders".
Other ingredientsn/aCorn syrup, cane sugar, water, apple pectin, sorbitol liquid, natural flavors, citric acid, sodium citrate dihydrate
Does SodaPeak list the dose of each ingredient? Only for caffeine (5 mg). The other eight ingredients sit inside an 82 mg proprietary blend, so you know exactly what is inside but not how many milligrams of each. That is common in this category. Concentrated extracts are used, which is why the label says the blend equals about 567 mg of dry powders.

The six key ingredients, as the manufacturer presents them

Maca root, an ingredient in SodaPeak

Maca

An Andean root eaten for centuries as a food for energy. A review by Gonzales (Evid Based Complement Alternat Med, 2012) describes its traditional use and the early research behind it.

Ashwagandha plant, an ingredient in SodaPeak

Ashwagandha

An adaptogen herb. In a 60-day trial, adults under stress who took several hundred mg a day of root extract reported less stress and had lower cortisol (Chandrasekhar, Indian J Psychol Med, 2012).

Green tea leaves, an ingredient in SodaPeak

Green Tea Extract

Source of catechins, the antioxidants green tea is known for, and a small natural amount of caffeine.

Coffee cherries representing caffeine in SodaPeak

Caffeine (5 mg)

The best-known ingredient for alertness. At 5 mg it is a light touch: the FDA notes an 8-ounce cup of coffee usually has about 80 to 100 mg.

Muira puama shrub, an ingredient in SodaPeak

Muira Puama

An Amazonian shrub used in Brazilian folk tradition as a tonic for energy and vitality. Modern human research on it is limited.

Catuaba tree, an ingredient in SodaPeak

Catuaba

A Brazilian tree bark traditionally used as a tonic for physical energy and resilience. Human studies are scarce.

The other three: L-arginine, tribulus and epimedium

L-arginine is an amino acid the body uses to make nitric oxide, which helps blood vessels relax; it is a common ingredient in circulation and energy formulas. Tribulus terrestris is a traditional herb found in many men's formulas, with mixed results in human research. Epimedium is a traditional Chinese herb. All three are worth mentioning to your doctor if you take blood pressure medication (see the safety section).

Methodology Note
Ingredient research is not product research. The studies above tested single ingredients, usually at larger amounts than a gummy can hold, and none of them tested SodaPeak itself. SodaPeak packs nine ingredients into one convenient gummy, so think of it as a gentle daily support you take consistently, rather than a high-dose protocol.
Good to Know
Why you may see a different SodaPeak label online.

The manufacturer runs more than one sales page. The order page our links lead to shows the label above (82 mg blend, 5 mg caffeine, 3 g sugar). A separate SodaPeak sales page, which our links do not use, shows another version of the label with individual doses listed (for example tongkat ali 200 mg, maca 100 mg, ashwagandha 100 mg) and no caffeine. Many reviews mix the two, which is why ingredient lists online often disagree.

Our practical advice: go by the label on the page where you order and on the bottle you receive. If anything looks different from what you expected, email support before opening it; that keeps all your return options open.

The Routine

How to Take SodaPeak: 1 Gummy a Day (Not 2)

How do you take SodaPeak? Chew one gummy once a day. The label says "Take 1 gummy once daily", and the official FAQ suggests the morning or about 30 minutes before your main activities or workout. Each bottle holds 30 gummies, so one bottle is a 30-day supply. There is no second daily dose.
How long each SodaPeak package lasts at 1 gummy a day
PackageGummiesLasts (1 a day)
2 bottles6060 days
3 bottles9090 days
6 bottles180180 days
Correction
"Take 2 gummies a day" is wrong. Several reviews say SodaPeak is taken twice a day and then claim the manufacturer's day counts "don't add up". They do add up: the label, the official FAQ and the "30 gummies" on the bottle all point to one gummy a day, so 30 gummies last 30 days.

How long before you judge it? No study has tested SodaPeak itself, so nobody can promise a timeline. The manufacturer's own guarantee asks for at least 30 days of continuous use before deciding, which is a sensible minimum for any daily supplement. Taking it at the same time each day makes that easy.

SodaPeak Safety: Who Should Talk to a Doctor First

Caffeine: 5 mg per gummy, plus a little from green tea extract. That's small, but count it if you are sensitive to caffeine or already drink a lot of coffee or energy drinks. The FDA's general guide for healthy adults is up to 400 mg of caffeine a day.

Sugar: each gummy has 3 g of added sugar (corn syrup and cane sugar) and some sorbitol. If you have diabetes or prediabetes, check with your doctor first.

Medications: L-arginine and epimedium may affect blood pressure, and ashwagandha and green tea can interact with some medicines. If you take blood pressure medicine, nitrates, blood thinners, diabetes medicine, thyroid medicine or sedatives, show the label to your doctor or pharmacist before starting. The official FAQ also asks people with heart or blood pressure conditions to consult a professional first.

Ashwagandha: rare cases of liver problems have been reported with ashwagandha supplements (NIH Office of Dietary Supplements). Stop and call your doctor if you notice yellowing skin or eyes, dark urine or unusual tiredness.

Label warnings: if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication or have a medical condition, consult your doctor before use; stop and consult your doctor if any adverse reaction occurs. Keep out of reach of children: these look like candy.

This page is information, not medical advice. Ongoing low energy can have medical causes (sleep problems, thyroid, anemia and others) that a supplement will not address. If tiredness is new, severe or getting worse, see a clinician.

Exhibit C · After Checkout

What Happens After You Pay for SodaPeak

What should I expect after ordering SodaPeak? You pay once on the BuyGoods secure checkout. Next you may see one or more optional offers for extra bottles at a lower price per bottle, each with a "No thanks" option. Then you get a confirmation email. Check the bottle count and total in it, and keep it for the guarantee.
  1. Checkout. The order page sends you to the BuyGoods secure checkout (buygoods.com). You choose the package, enter your details and pay once. The official FAQ states there is no auto-ship and no recurring charge.
  2. Optional extra offers. Right after payment the manufacturer shows offer pages for additional bottles. They are optional. If you want only what you chose, use the "No thanks" link at the bottom of each page. Public complaints about SodaPeak mention buyers who accepted more bottles than they meant to, so read each button before you click.
  3. Confirmation email. Check that the number of bottles and the total match what you wanted. If not, email support right away. Save this email: the refund process asks you to confirm your order date with it.
  4. Delivery. The official pages we read do not publish a delivery time. If you haven't received a tracking update within a week, contact support with your order number.
  5. Support. Email contact@customercs.com (the official FAQ says replies come within 48 business hours). Phone numbers shown by the manufacturer: +1 (855) 889-3137 on the order page and +1 (507) 448-8190 on the label's contact page.
The Guarantee

The SodaPeak 60-Day Guarantee, Step by Step

How do I get a SodaPeak refund? Within 60 days of your order date, email contact@customercs.com with "Refund Request" in the subject, then mail back all bottles, opened or empty, with the packing slip. Return postage is on you. Refunds are processed 5 to 10 days after your package arrives. The sales page asks for at least 30 days of use first.

This is the returns policy linked in the footer of the official order page our links lead to. We put it in plain steps:

  1. Check your order date in your confirmation email. The window is 60 days from the day you ordered.
  2. The sales page says the guarantee is for buyers not satisfied "after at least 30 days of continuous use", so give it that month first.
  3. Email contact@customercs.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line.
  4. Mail back all the bottles, opened or not, empty or not, with the packing slip and a note with your full name, email and order ID, to: 11870 62nd St N, Largo, FL 33773.
  5. Return shipping is paid by you. Once your package arrives, the refund is processed in 5 to 10 days, and you get an email when it's done. How fast it shows on your card depends on your bank.
Worth Knowing
Two policy pages, one simple precaution. The FAQ page on sodapeak.com describes a stricter version of the refund rules (sealed bottles only and a 20% restocking fee). The returns page linked from the order page, summarized above, mentions neither. Before you mail anything back, ask support by email which terms apply to your order and keep their written answer with your tracking number. It takes two minutes and avoids surprises.
Avoid Look-Alikes

Official SodaPeak vs Amazon, Walmart and Look-Alike Sites

Where can I buy the real SodaPeak? On the official SodaPeak order page at sodapeak.com, which hands you to the BuyGoods secure checkout. Products with similar names on Amazon, Walmart or other sites could not be verified as the same product and are not covered by the official 60-day guarantee.

Search results for SodaPeak are crowded with look-alike stores and review profiles that are not run by the manufacturer. A few quick checks tell you where you are:

Amazon and Walmart: both list gummies with "Soda Peak" in the name, including 60-count bottles and low single-bottle prices. We couldn't confirm who makes them or what is on their labels, so we can't say they are the same product. The official guarantee only covers orders placed through the official page.

"Mine had apple cider vinegar": some buyers report labels with apple cider vinegar, and some AI summaries mention baking soda or a capsule version. None of those ingredients appear on either official SodaPeak label. If your bottle lists them, it most likely came from a different seller.

What Buyers Ask

Common SodaPeak Questions From Buyers

These themes come from public review profiles and forums we read in September and October 2026. Most of those profiles belong to look-alike stores, not the manufacturer, and we have not verified any individual account. We don't publish testimonials we can't verify, so you won't find five-star quotes with first names on this page.

What people ask or reportWhat we checked
"The ingredients don't match the video"The manufacturer shows two label versions on two sales pages, and look-alike stores sell other formulas. Go by the label in Exhibit A and on your bottle.
"I was offered more bottles after paying"Real: optional extra offers appear after checkout. Each has a "No thanks" option.
"My order hasn't arrived"No delivery time is published. Contact support with your order number; replies within 48 business hours per the FAQ.
"My refund is taking long"Refunds run 5 to 10 days after the returned package arrives. Keep tracking numbers and emails; ask support to confirm terms in writing.
"My husband is diabetic and it has sugar"Correct: 3 g of added sugar per gummy. Ask a doctor first.
"Is there real science?"There are studies on individual ingredients, none on the finished gummy. We say that plainly above.
"It's easy to fit into my day"The format is the strongest point: one gummy, no water.
Common Questions

SodaPeak FAQ

Is SodaPeak legit?

Based on what can be checked, yes: the official order page publishes the full label, the payment is processed by BuyGoods, the purchase is a one-time payment, and a written 60-day returns policy is linked at checkout. What does not exist is a clinical trial of the finished gummy, only research on its individual ingredients.

What are the ingredients in SodaPeak?

The label on the official order page lists an 82 mg proprietary blend of Muira Puama, Maca, Catuaba, Green Tea extract, Caffeine (5 mg), Ashwagandha, L-Arginine, Tribulus Terrestris and Epimedium extract. Other ingredients: corn syrup, cane sugar, water, apple pectin, sorbitol, natural flavors, citric acid and sodium citrate.

How many SodaPeak gummies should I take a day?

One. The label says to take 1 gummy once daily, and the official FAQ says to chew 1 gummy once a day, in the morning or about 30 minutes before your main activities. Each bottle has 30 gummies, so one bottle lasts 30 days.

How much caffeine is in SodaPeak?

5 mg per gummy, as printed on the label. For comparison, the FDA notes that an 8-ounce cup of coffee typically has about 80 to 100 mg. Green tea extract is also in the blend and naturally contains some caffeine.

Does SodaPeak have sugar? Can diabetics take it?

Each gummy has 3 g of total sugar, all of it added sugar from corn syrup and cane sugar, plus sorbitol, for 10 calories. If you have diabetes or count carbohydrates, talk to your doctor before taking it.

How long does SodaPeak take to work?

There is no published study on the finished product, so there is no proven timeline. The manufacturer's guarantee asks for at least 30 days of continuous use before you judge results, so plan on one full bottle as the minimum.

How much does SodaPeak cost?

On the official order page (checked October 9, 2026): 2 bottles for $158 plus $9.99 shipping, 3 bottles for $207 with free US shipping, or 6 bottles for $294 with free US shipping. There is no single-bottle option. The final total is the one shown at checkout.

How does the SodaPeak 60-day refund work?

Per the returns policy linked at checkout: within 60 days of your order date, email contact@customercs.com with Refund Request in the subject, then mail back all bottles, opened or empty, with the packing slip to 11870 62nd St N, Largo, FL 33773. Return shipping is on you; refunds are processed in 5 to 10 days. The sales page asks for at least 30 days of use first.

Is SodaPeak sold on Amazon or Walmart?

The SodaPeak order links checked for this review all lead to sodapeak.com and the BuyGoods checkout. Listings on Amazon or Walmart with similar names, including 60-count bottles, could not be verified as the same product, and orders placed there are not covered by the official 60-day guarantee.

Does SodaPeak contain baking soda or apple cider vinegar?

Not according to the official label. Neither baking soda nor apple cider vinegar is listed. Products with similar names sold on other sites may have different formulas, which is why it pays to check the label on the bottle you receive.

Is SodaPeak a subscription?

No. The official FAQ states it is a one-time payment with no auto-ship, recurring charges or hidden fees. After checkout you may see optional offers for extra bottles; you only pay for them if you accept.

Does SodaPeak have side effects?

No serious side effects specific to SodaPeak have been published. Talk to your doctor first if you take medication, especially for blood pressure, blood sugar, thyroid or blood thinning, if you have a heart condition, or if you are sensitive to caffeine. Stop and seek advice if you notice any reaction.
